If your trying to level up, you at the right place. RJ trained me to get comfortable being uncomfortable, 1 mean every session he pushed me past my limits..Which was very hard at first but I got used to it. He taught me the importance of using the sauna and also the importance of meditation which surprisingly took my workouts to an another level for sure.
